Bryan Post is one of America’s top Child Behavior and Adoption Experts. A renowned speaker and best-selling author. Bryan is the founder of the Post Institute, which is internationally recognized in the treatment of emotional and behavioral disturbance, especially in adopted and foster children, and struggles within their families. What I love about his approach, and you’ll see it very apparent in the way Bryan speaks, is he focuses on a love-based treatment approach that focuses on developing a deeper understanding of trauma, stress, and fear and how they rule our lives and how to use love to bring peace and healing.

Bryan and I crossed paths at a business event in Nashville, where he was delivering a talk. His ability and willingness to discuss emotions and trauma processing in a logic-heavy business environment were so exciting to me because you don’t see it a lot. And he held a space. It’s hard to hold space that can help people safe in working through those things but it’s what we need to heal the world. But I saw Bryan create that and really deeply care while he was doing it.

One of his statements, “your block is in your pain. your breakthrough is in the honoring of your pain,” deeply resonated with me. This is the essence of our discussion today, a topic that I believe will help you release a lot of what may be weighing you down.
