The Research: Why Learning Emotional Skills is a Logical Decision
We are all aware that mental/emotional well-being is essential to maintain on a surface level. But on a deeper level, research shows us over & over that emotional skills are thee foundation to human happiness & success.
There is no such thing as a solely logical person. Emotions are what make us human, and we must learn how to interact with them, not because we're whiny or soft, but because emotions drive humanity. Emotions are at the root of everything humans do, and whether or not we will survive.
